Isabel Alvarez - Property Manager/Licensed Real Estate Agent
Isabel has been a valued member of our team since 2020. She has been a licensed agent since 1998 and speaks fluent Spanish. Isabel's strengths include project management, tenant relations and contracts. She has a work ethic that is second to none as well as a tenacity that reflects in her ability to find the best prices for appliances and materials. She works well with vendors and always treats each maintenance issue or turnover as if it is her personal property. Working in tandem with our design team, Isabel is capable of performing all range of repair and improvement projects, from simple repairs, paint and flooring to kitchen and bath design and replacement.

Jason Hope CPA-CFA
Jason has over 15 years of experience working in accounting and finance at various private and non-profit organizations. He has had an active CPA license from the state of California since 2007 and has held the designation of CFA charter holder since 2010.
Jason graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. degree in Accountancy in 2005 and a Master’s Degree in Accountancy in 2006
Denise Ball
Denise truly has the gift of seeing and understanding numbers. She handles the complicated task of balancing and reconciling incoming rents with executing and paying receivables.
Denise graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA, majoring in accounting.
She began her accounting career working for a non-profit in the medical industry, and soon after earned her CPA licence. She then worked in the occupational health industry at Concentra Health Services where she was promoted to Cash Manager and then Division Accounting Manager.
Jenn Winn
My day is generally not complete without a quick meeting with Jenn to exchange checks, deposits and troubleshoot issues. Jenn has a strong command of our proprietary accounting program and handles many of the physical data input tasks. Jenn compliments Denise to provide a seamless accounting machine that we are so blessed to have in place.
Jenn graduated from Brigham Young University with degrees in History and Business.
Daniel Sanchez - General Construction/Maintenance
Daniel has been an integral part of our company for over ten years, providing quality and affordable repair and turnover services. Daniel is an independent contractor with a small crew of skilled craftsmen capable of executing painting, flooring installation, cabinet design, repair and installation, electrical and plumbing repair and installation as well as stone countertop fabrication and installation. Daniels dedication to detail and prompt service make him a valued asset that we gladly share with our clients adding unquantifiable value to our company.
Martin Aquino - General Construction/Maintenance
Martin is our “go to” emergency response artist. He is available 24/7 for floods, plumbing, electrical and structural emergencies. In addition he specializes in repairs in higher value homes and units. Martin is truly gifted in tenant owner relations, provides unparalleled paint and repair artistry and has always leaves a job site cleaner and brighter than when he enters. We call Martine the E.R. doctor of repair, you don’t want to need him but once you do, you are glad he was there. He is an invaluable member of our team and allows owners and managers to rest knowing he is on call.
Eddie - General Construction/Maintenance
Eddie is our downtown San Diego specialist. Navigating the web of rules, procedures and politics of working on the downtown high rise condos is Eddie's specialty. Eddie is on the approved vendor list for most of the buildings in the Gaslamp Quarter and is on call for any range of turnover or emergency repairs exclusively to our company. Eddie is skilled in all trades including paint, light electrical, plumbing and patio/deck door repair and replacement.
